This film was created by hand with india ink. I printed a photo of Mr. Sagan, and traced over it using only dots. The constellations you see around Mr. Sagan’s face are mostly accurate, allowing for a bit of artistic license.

In order for the screen to print with white ink on black paper, the film had to be created as a negative.

I printed this one as a t-shirt as well.
